About the event
We are very lucky to be joined for our next workshop by the wonderful folk at Movement in Thyme!
Movement in Thyme is a grassroots non-profit aimed at creating sustainable, resilient communities, improving mental and physical wellbeing and reducing social isolation through their community herbal workshops, movement activities, gardening and social justice events.
In this herbal remedies workshop, you will learn hands-on herbalism skills and create natural remedies guided by our experts!
We will provide all the materials you need to get started as well as tea, coffee and snacks.
Important- please tell us in advance if you have any allergies.
Please note, this workshop is open to anyone over the age of 12, though 12 - 16 year olds must be accompanied by an adult.
